Nice shots but the slide is in backwards on the bike one. The chain/deraillers are on the other side(right side) of the bike. Kermit the Frogs bike has the same problem in his poster from back in the late 70's.
OK --- consider it corrected! I flipped the image and totally appreciate the input from the cycling experts! Thank you.
(Funny... I was thinking that Id seen it on a pretty well respected site and didnt understand why anyone would flip an image like this for no reason. Then when I flipped it back to the correct way I could see that the art director in someone thought it looked a bit better the other way. Ill go with accuracy though -- thanks again for the heads up!!)
P.S. I was thinking the other day about how muchI enjoyed your blog last year and the chronicling of the awesome cross country adventure...
Thanks for flipping it. Its a lot easier for me to look at without the oddity catching my attention. Kermits bikes always had it on the other side. http://muppet.wikia.com/wiki/Bicycles
The chain drive on motorcycles is on that side, thats the only reason I can come up with that the muppets designers would do that...a knod of the head to motorcyclist.
Thanks for mentioning the blog. I am missing the ride bigtime. Getting away for a weeklong ride just isn't the same.
